About Cristina

Hi, my name is Cristina, and I'm a CELTA-certified English teacher with a passion for languages and communication.
My love for English started at a young age. My mother is an English teacher, and she introduced me to the language through music, English songs, and everyday exposure. Growing up, I discovered I had a natural flair for learning languages, which eventually led me to earn a Bachelor's degree in English and Mandarin Chinese for Translation and interpreting.
Over the years, I have taught English to children and adults, both online and in person, including General English and Cambridge exam preparation. I enjoy helping students gain confidence and achieve their goals, whether they're learning English for school, work, travel, or personal development.
Teaching is much more than a job for me, it's something I genuinely enjoy, and I love seeing my students grow in confidence and ability.

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, goals, and learning style. I teach children, teenagers, and adults, from beginner to advanced level, and I have experience teaching General English, conversational English, and Cambridge exam preparation.
I am a CELTA-certified English teacher with experience teaching both online and in classroom settings. I have worked with learners from different cultural backgrounds and understand the challenges of learning a new language. I also speak Italian and Spanish, which helps me support multilingual learners.
My teaching approach is patient, encouraging and communicative. I focus on building confidence, pronunciation, grammar, improving speaking fluency in a relaxed, stress-free, and supportive environment.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, although I can adapt the duration according to the student's needs.
My goal is not only to help students improve their English but also to make learning enjoyable and help them become confident and independent learners.
