First of all, I listen closely to your learning goals and needs and assess your current level. I aim to make lessons varied, fun, interesting and motivating. English is full of phrasal verbs and idioms and so improving your grasp of these aspects of the language will be an integral part of the teaching. Regular feedback is given online after lessons and voice recording are available to improve pronunciation skills. Both of these are offered free of charge.
Having taken my Certificate of Education, I took my CELTA qualification in 2014. Thoroughly 'bitten by the bug' I have been teaching students full-time from the ages of 6 to 60+ from many different countries online ever since. Current students are from China, Russia, Vietnam, Brazil and many European countries. I specialize in IELTS, the Cambridge exams such as PET, FCE, CAE and many more. I teach from A1 to C1 levels and for those not taking exams I support with conversational skills. I have received many recommendations and thanks from students and a few of these are on this site.
First lesson is free. Discounts offered for block bookings.

My son has had a dislike for English throughout school and I only wish he'd had a teacher like Nev. My son has enjoyed every session and I have seen his confidence in English grow week after week. Wholeheartedly recommend this enthusiastic tutor.
Nev tutored my son for three momths before the GCSE exam. His remarcable knowledge, his energy and passion, his outstanding teaching skills gave my son the tools, the confidence and the motivation to learn more and to succeed. His mock grades increased from a 3 to a 5 in these three months, his attitude towards learning English in particular changed completely and permanently. Nev passion and vast subject knowledge had a great impact also on how my son prepared for all his exams. I consider myself lucky to have such an amazing tutor for my son.
