About Stephanie
I have a passion for teaching English as I enjoy helping learners feel more comfortable speaking naturally and watching their confidence grow as they improve their pronunciation and fluency.
I love meeting people from different backgrounds and creating lessons that are interesting, practical, and enjoyable.
I have travelled a lot, and lived in various parts of the world, where I have since developed a passion for language and culture.
I have been living in France since 2025 and have started learning French, so I understand what it is like to learn a new language from the beginning, the difficulties you may face, as well as the importance of confidence in speaking.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, hiking, travelling, and spending time with my family.

Hi! My name is Stephanie, and I’m a CELTA-qualified English tutor and a native English speaker from the United Kingdom. I offer friendly and practical English lessons for all ages and beginners who want to improve their confidence speaking English in everyday life, travel, work, or school.
My lessons are relaxed, supportive, and tailored to each student’s goals and level. I especially enjoy helping learners feel more comfortable speaking naturally and improving their pronunciation and fluency.
I currently offer lessons in the evenings and on weekends, either online or in person around the Bassin d’Arcachon area in South-West of France, where I am currently residing.
