Chelsea and I met years ago. She's helped me out with several DIY projects: from cake decorating to a wall mounted swim badge decoration. She's a patient teacher that thinks out of the box and has no limits to her creativity. I recommend Chelsea highly!
She has an endless source of inspiration and motivation in creative endeavours. It would be enough by itself to trust her as your tutor, but she is also understanding and patient and has only ever shown the utmost in responsibility and reliability.
