We will start with centering for the nervous system to be regulated and the body to be ready for embodied movement. We will continue with meditative guidance in movement and we will find our own beautiful and pleasurable movement.
If you want to have a nervous system regulation or to be creative and truthful again through movement, this lesson is for you! Don't hesitate to contact me or search online for my practice on rewild-somatics.com
