About Moe
Hi! My name is Moe, and I am a current 5th grade teacher with experience teaching a wide range of learners in upper elementary classrooms. I am passionate about helping students grow academically while also building their confidence and independence. I understand that learning can sometimes feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a supportive, patient, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and trying new things.
I have experience teaching math, reading, writing, and test preparation, and I enjoy finding creative ways to make lessons engaging and easy to understand. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them feel more confident in their abilities and develop skills they can carry into future classrooms.

As a current 5th grade teacher, I understand that every student learns differently and deserves support that is patient, engaging, and personalized to their needs. I specialize in upper elementary math, reading, writing, homework help, and middle school preparation for students in grades 3–6.
My lessons are designed to build confidence while helping students truly understand concepts instead of simply memorizing answers. I like to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I use interactive activities, guided practice, real-world examples, and step-by-step instruction to help students succeed academically while reducing frustration and stress.
A typical lesson may include reviewing previous skills, practicing current class material, homework support, test preparation, and targeted intervention in areas where students need extra help. I also provide strategies for organization, study skills, and independent learning.
What sets me apart is my real classroom experience and ability to adapt lessons to each student’s pace and personality. I strive to make learning approachable, supportive, and even fun while helping students gain confidence both in school and in themselves.
