As a certified face yoga teacher with a background in human biology, I bring a deep understanding of anatomy and wellness to my classes. My approach combines expertise in facial exercises, Gua sha, and lymphatic drainage techniques with a personalized and holistic teaching style. Each lesson is designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment, tailored to individual needs and goals—whether you're focused on smoothing forehead lines, lifting sagging cheeks, softening crow’s feet, enhancing skin elasticity, relieving jaw tension, or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation.
A typical session lasts 45 minutes to an hour and begins with breathing exercises and warm-ups to prepare your mind and body. We then move into targeted face yoga techniques, massages, and acupressure to smooth fine lines, boost circulation, and rejuvenate the skin. The session concludes with relaxation exercises and affirmations to leave you feeling refreshed, confident, and glowing.
My lessons are suitable for all levels and are designed for individuals aged 20 to 80.
