Andrea has helped me change the way I think about exercise and increased my motivation - I stopped prioritising my weight and focused on the amazing things my body can do with the right strength and cardio training. Andrea has been my personal trainer for over a month now and I have nothing but good things to say about him. From the very beginning he has taken the time to understand my specific goals, strengths and limitations to create a perfect personal training program for me and what I want to achieve. He provides a comfortable, positive and motivating training environment in every session together, making sure to include a wide range of different exercise modalities, keeping the sessions dynamic and fun. He would even go above and beyond his role, providing knowledge on the importance of nutrition, sleep, stress etc, motivating me to stay on track with my positive lifestyle changes and fitness journey. I couldn’t recommend him enough, especially to the females out there who find the gym to be scary and overwhelming at times! thank you Andrea.
