I have been exercising since I was 12 years old I first started to get stronger and faster for baseball then I did it to become a better dancer then I did it because I just loved doing it and wanted to improve my physique and now I do it for pickleball. So I’ve done a lot of different things and I’ve trained a lot of different ways
