About Ezgi
I’m Ezgi, a certified yoga instructor 280 hours from Yogakioo Istanbul and 200 hours Yoga Alliance certified from the Yoga & Ayurveda Center. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of practising with highly experienced, professionally trained yoga teachers who have deeply shaped my understanding of the body, mind, and energy system. Originally from Turkey and now based in London, I bring a holistic, heart-centred approach to yoga that blends physical movement with emotional healing and energetic awareness. As a lifelong learner, I’m also a dedicated student of astrology, and I often integrate astrological insights into my sessions for those who are open to exploring their deeper patterns and cycles. As a mother and a woman, I understand the importance of creating space for softness, strength, and inner connection—especially in today’s fast-paced world. I’m passionate about helping others, particularly women, reconnect with their feminine energy, balance their chakras, and build strength and flexibility through personalised yoga practices. I offer private sessions in English or Turkish, both online and in person, focused on your unique needs—whether that’s physical fitness, stress relief, or spiritual development. My mission is to guide you in feeling grounded, empowered, and fully yourself—on and off the mat.
