About Tamanna
I am a trained yoga instructor who strongly believes that there is nothing that yoga cannot fix.
Yoga is about moving your body, listening to your body and respecting your body. All it needs is that one push to get on the mat and see the results on your overall body and mind.

That one hour on the mat will be a combination of yoga asanas, breath work, meditation and a little bit of pilates. The one hour will open with centring exercise, followed by stretching, cardio exercises, asana practice, and end with meditation or Chakra alignment.
