I’m health passionate person, who love to learn something new every day and share unique information with others. helping them to be more healthy, younger and happier!
I found the Yoga is the most right thing which modern people can use for their health. Because it has work with fully body and mind, can change person or help with some disease, practicing not just a yoga postures, but also working with breath and doing gently meditation.

I can teach groups and personal.
The most important for me is when people understand me, doing right postures to get most benefits for their bodies and health.
All my classes I lead from gently warm up, then reaching to main peak pose, and then cooling down with relaxation at the end.
Usually my classe has variation of different levels for all people, from beginners to advanced.
And every class has focus on specific part of body and mind.
