About Mara
I have been passionate about yoga since I started my practice at the drama school as part of my curriculum. I immediately saw all the beneficial effects on my lifestyle, body and mindset and I decided to deepen my practice and knowledge before getting the 200 Hour- YTT qualification. I always create a safe and supportive environment for all my students encouraging them to listen to their body and move within their limits and do what is available to them at the moment improving step by step without forcing the process.

Italian
Each class is designed to be accessible to everybody helping to get in deep connection with your breathing and body.
I adapt asanas sequences to all levels and I always integrate my sessions with pranayama exercises, meditation and chanting at the end of the session.
I teach online or in person only in West London area.
Before we get started, I offer a free 30-minute video call to understand your specific goals and motivation (this doesn’t include practice).
