Krys is very professional at what she does, but she also takes your wellbeing into consideration. She's one yoga instructor that goes as far as possible to educate you on what part of your body is affected and how to avoid sprains. In addition, she has a soothing voice that leaves me feeling relaxed.

And I would say she is the best teacher. At some point I use to think I cant do bend any part of my body but she will say slow and steady u wont even when u will get it. She is patient and strict same time and very very encouraging. I could recommend her for anybody.
