Chatbots and conversational AI are one of the most in-demand and misunderstood areas in tech right now — most tutorials skip the parts that actually matter in production. I teach it properly, using the same techniques I use professionally.
What's covered:
● RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Embeddings, vector search (FAISS), semantic search, and building a chatbot that answers from your own documents/data
● RASA Framework: Intents, entities, stories, and building rule-based + ML-hybrid conversational bots
● LLM Integration: Working with OpenAI/HuggingFace APIs, prompt engineering, and context management
● AI Agents: Tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, and building agents that take real actions (not just chat)
● Deployment: Connecting your bot to Slack, Messenger, or a simple web interface (Gradio/Flask) so it actually works end-to-end
