About Ruhi
I’m a current university student at SFU and a graduate of the IB Diploma program with IB Chemistry. Having completed the program myself, I know how intense and fast-paced the course can be, especially with the balance of theory, calculations, and application. I’ve always enjoyed understanding how things work at a deeper level, and I bring that same curiosity and clarity into my tutoring. My strength as a tutor comes from being able to explain difficult concepts in simple, logical steps. Because I’ve experienced the IB program firsthand, I understand how the exams are structured, what kinds of problems students struggle with, and how to build strong, reliable strategies to succeed. I’m patient, organized, and approachable. I make sure my students feel supported, not pressured, and I encourage questions and active learning in every lesson. As a current university student at SFU and a graduate of the IB Diploma program with IB Chemistry, I understand how challenging the subject can be.
