I believe in patience where necessary, whilst consistently pushing the student to realise their capacity for understanding (which we often in ourselves neglect). I am passionate to instil an interest and curiosity in the studied subjects, whilst creating a methodical but approachable environment in which the need for effective communication is never overlooked.
I am a Chemistry student interested in helping students to fully realise their capabilities and curiosity in the subjects. Most of my experience comes from helping my younger siblings with their subjects, one of whom is studying A-level, the other GCSEs, though these times are not far behind me, meaning I am able to empathise with students and help them realise their abilities in a way that has been proven to work for me.
I am an undergraduate currently studying Chemistry at Keele University, looking to gain experience in a scientific environment. I am a motivated, focused and friendly individual. I am confident speaking with people, and I am very willing to learn new skills. I believe I can work independently effectively, and also as an enthusiastic member of as team. For leisure I enjoy Cycling, Climbing and music. I play guitar, and more regularly piano, which I find to be both a stimulating and relaxing activity. I am interested in IT (and have spend time building computers) and reading.
