Students will learn how to write chemical formulae/structures and chemical equations competently.
Many practical/experiments will be introduced so that abstract concepts can be made concrete, and each practical is reinforced by use of a worksheet of high order questions based on the expected outcome of the experiments.
Illustrate by use of the most relevant example to introduce a new concept, followed by a few more examples for students to to learn how to solve the problems themselves.
Students will learn how to visualize and construct organic molecules by using molecular model sets.

Course setup
In November 2016 and November 2017 IBDP chemistry examinations both of my SL and HL candidates produced excellent results: in 2017 21.4% of '7', 35.7% of '6' and 21.4% of '5'.
In July 2019, my only EE candidate scored 30/34 in Biology.
In July 2020 , eight out of my 19 I.A. candidates did very well: in HL chemistry three candidates scored ‘7’ while one candidate managed ‘6’ and in SL chemistry four candidates achieved ‘6’. Two EE candidates achieved grade B.
