About Misha

I moved here from Ukraine to study Digital Marketing, but my biggest passion has always been chess. I have been playing competitively since I was a kid and hold the official FIDE Candidate Master title. Chess has taken me to tournaments in 15 different countries, teaching me a lot about focus, patience, and logic.
Now, I want to share that experience with children. My goal isn’t just to teach them rules, but to make chess fun, build their confidence, and help them fall in love with the game. Whether your child is a complete beginner or wants to win their first local tournament, I will make our lessons engaging, positive, and tailored to their pace.
I’m friendly, easygoing, and love working with kids. I want to be not just a tutor, but a motivating older brother figure who helps them grow.
Feel free to send me a message if you’d like to chat or book a first trial lesson!

About the lesson

Greetings!
My name is Misha.
I’m a 19-year-old FIDE Candidate Master (CM) from Ukraine with over 12 years of chess experience. I have competed in tournaments in many different countries and have gained a lot of experience playing at a high level. I also have experience coaching children through an online Ukrainian chess school, helping students improve their openings, calculation, tactics and overall understanding of the game.
