I like to get to know children’s individuality when I’m teaching them, as every individual child has different learning abilities, learning styles and way of thinking. It is important to be adaptable and flexible to each child, in order to give them the best possible chance of learning and developing successfully in their educational background. Once I get to know the child and their individual learning style, I base lessons on how I think they would best learn (studying psychology of childhood and sociology of childhood as a part of my degree).
