About Yitong
I am an international student from China, currently in my second year at the Bartlett School, UCL, in London. During my time abroad, I am eager to help more people who are interested in Chinese culture understand China, using Chinese language learning as a bridge to connect us. Furthermore, I hope to make some new friends while earning my living expenses, allowing me to better integrate into the local British culture.

I provide tailored lessons for all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or an intermediate learner. I can teach you for daily life, formal occasions, or for specific exams like GCSE and A-level Chinese. At the same time, while teaching you Chinese, I can also help you explore more of Chinese culture. This will allow you to understand the language beyond the literal meaning of the characters and gain deeper insight into the stories behind words and phrases, especially idioms. Also, with the actress and ceremony host in high school, I can make sure that I spoke standard Mandarin with no accent.
