About Carlos
I have been a Chinese Kung Fu and Boxing instructor for over 10 years. I've taught both, individual and group ... As well as, was worked the traditional style (heavier), as well as training focused primarily on the gymnastics of both modalities. My passion for art is what drives me - In addition to it, the students gratitude and their improvements in overall health, such as weight loss, posture improvement and joint pain "disappearance" are among other observations, additional reasons for love what I do!

My name is Carlos Gomes. I like to travel and I ended up moving a few times. Of the 5 most recent (capitals) I lived in (Brasilia, Belo Horizonte, Florianopolis, Goiania, Campo Grande), only one did not act as a teacher. In Brasilia I had an experience with Artistic Gymnastics (or Olympic Gymnastics as you know) and being the oldest in the class and having more skill in many of the training sessions (more than rs veterans) ended up questioning me, and knowing the martial art , so some started asking me for classes. Well ... I never stopped!
