About Shicong
I am currently a master student studying Project and Infrastructure management.
I was born in China, at the age of 13, my family moved to the UK. I speak Chinese Mandarin and English fluently. Ever since then I studied at Brunel University. I have a Bachelor degree in Civil engineering with a grade of 2:1. I am able to provide a large range of tutoring subjects if required on varies levels. Such as maths, physics, personal fitness, and even traditional Chinese martial arts. ;)
I m a very light-hearted person, I can be a friend or a serious teacher depending on the condition.

I aim to improve the student's skills on actual application more than others. For example, I prefer to make my students understand the reason behind the question instead of just remembering the answer.
I believe the teaching experience should be tailored to the client if it's individual lessons. The teaching approach will be based on the situation and the personality of the student. Based on different factors I will produce a unique 'project management plan' which includes milestones and other relevant indicators to keep the student on track. Freedom and flexibility will be given unless trouble and issues arise. Overall I believe there will be an optimum approach to each student for the best results and the teaching methodology varies.
