About Lu
I am a Chinese postgraduate student graduated from Durham University. I have been giving lessons since I was did my first degree. I have a degree in Primary Education and another in MA Education. I taught children in primary schools and adults online. I can teach Mandarin in an interesting and effective way and I know how to achieve your learning goal. Hello, I'm a teacher of Mandarin from China who has taught languages for several years to all ages and levels of students. I did my first degree in China and second degree in Education in UK. The school of Education in the our university is ranked No.1 Education Department in the UK by the Complete University Guide 2018.
Lessons I give are structured around student progress and everything is done with the end goal in mind. I like to keep classes interesting and to the point and teach in the way of telling short stories. As I teach all ages, from very young to adults I adjust the way I teach according to my students.
I am a very flexible and patient tutor and teacher. As a second foreign language learner, I am very aware of the difficulties faced by learners and the work required to overcome them. I will do my best for my students, and believe that you will find it interesting to learn a foreign language.
