About Charlotte
Hi, I’m Charlotte, a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR Business Partner with a strong academic background and over 10 years’ experience tutoring Mathematics and Business Studies.
I studied Business Management at university, before going on to complete both my CIPD Level 5 and Level 7 qualifications, developing advanced knowledge in HR, employment law, and organisational practice.
Alongside this, I have built my professional HR career across a range of environments. I have worked within a FTSE 100 organisation, gaining experience in a shared service centre model, as well as working more closely with business areas, particularly within the manufacturing sector and now within a specialist Multi-Academy Trust.
My experience includes advising on:

This combination of academic knowledge, real-world HR experience, and extensive tutoring experience allows me to explain complex topics clearly and help students build both confidence and practical understanding.

I’m a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR Business Partner with 5 years’ professional experience, currently working within a specialist Multi-Academy Trust, with previous experience in the manufacturing sector. This gives me a strong understanding of HR across both education and commercial environments, which I bring into my sessions.
My tutoring style is friendly, supportive, and tailored to you. I focus on breaking down complex HR and business concepts into simple, clear explanations, using real-world examples to help you fully understand how theory applies in practice.
I aim to teach in a way that is structured but flexible sessions based on your goals. Support with assignments, coursework, and exam preparation. Real-life HR examples to strengthen your understanding. Encouraging, relaxed environment where you can ask questions confidently.
Lessons are typically 1 hour, including explanation, discussion, and practice. I’ll always make sure you leave with a clear understanding and actionable next steps.
