About Alex
I am from Estonia, lived in the UK for 12 years. I have a 1st class Civil Engineering Degree and I have worked on Crossrail and Queen Elizabeth Line projects as a Civil Engineer.
I enjoy teaching so I have moved to coaching, and from there on I have expanded my skill set to life coaching and helping people to get confident on stage, to perform, give public speeches, etc.

The main method I use is emotional anchoring.
We learn the fastest when the topic is connected to us on an emotional level - when there is mind - emotion connection.
I learn about the student and their needs and then tailor the lesson structure to that.
Often we use music or poetry to solidify words and pronounciation
