I'm a civil engineering student, moved in London two years ago (27/2/2016) for job possibilities and to finish of my studies. I was born in Albania but i lived in Italy since I was 3 years old until when i moved in London. I had all my studies in Italy, 2 years and half of university course in building engineering included. I'm a positive and energetic person, trying always to achieve my goals and personal targets, able to motivate people, patient and versatile toward personal needs. The lessons' general structure would be distributed as 50% explanation, 25% writing or reading exercises and 25% of talking but as already said could be modified on base of the personal needs. With primary and secondary school children and/or teenager I can also provide help on homework (especially on maths). My methodology will consist on setting up together targets and deadlines to work on every lesson at the beginning of our itinerary, have a review of targets achieved every 5 lessons and making sure that you have fun and learn also a lot of curiosities and culture information while you become an Italian speaker.
It's not a long time that I've been giving lessons; I taught maths to 3 students when I was in Italy. It was an amazing experience and I was really satisfied to see them achieving good grades on their maths exams on the "Diploma di Maturità" (equivalent of the GCSE levels here in England). I'm looking forward to teach the language that I've always been naturally speaking and learning for all these years of education in Italy!

Great teacher, very easy to understand. she taught me quite a bit of Italian before my holiday to Venice. I would highly recommend her!
Alerda is a very patient and understanding tutor. She listens to the pupil and provides feedback which encourages the individual as well as advising them on how to improve. She also takes her time with the pupil by providing them with detailed explanations so that they are able to understand easily. An excellent tutor, would highly recommend.
Alerda is a first class tutor. I highly recommend Alerda because she is committed and determined on getting best results from her students. She is helpful and open-minded.
