About Madeline
I am a musician based in Minneapolis. I have a degree from California Lutheran University in music with an emphasis on vocal performance, and I have been tutoring for just over a year and performance for 10+ years. As a classically trained vocalist, I have the key advantage of having studied under many talented musicians. Through learning and observation I have been able to sculpt my own unique style of teaching! I believe that anyone can incorporate music into their lives, and I would be honored to be a part of that process.

My teaching method is not necessarily to lecture, but more to interview and understand where my students are at. Learning styles differ from person to person, and it is so important to know where my students are in their learning process, and how they learn best! To asses and improve is the goal. Not to mention, to have fun! Singing is such a joy, and I want people to be able to experience that through guidance.

I have known Madeline for many years through our shared alma mater, CLU. We studied as music majors and performed together every year of University. She is a phenomenal vocalist with a vast knowledge of styles, repertoire, and pedagogy.
