About Sergi

I have been climbing since 2008 and in 2011 I began to dedicate myself professionally. I started in the world of guiding, taking people to remote or difficult places. Among outstanding trips, apart from the Peninsula, are Yosemite, Morocco or Argentina and Norway, where I have been repeatedly.
I currently do training for hiking clubs in Barcelona such as Gracia or Foment, in Poble Sec.
During the week I lead training classes or improvement routines for groups or individuals.

About the lesson

Climbing is improved by climbing.
We all know how to climb, because it is an innate physical activity, with some help, you will improve your technique and you will better perceive the benefits that this discipline brings.
Then, in a first session, we will do some route where we will see what needs to be worked on, according to your objectives.
We will use videos where you will see yourself climbing and depending on the weaknesses detected, we will work on corrective or improvement routines.
I excel in communication skills, managing stress situations and using climbing as a therapeutic tool.

My classes are suitable for all levels, although I specialize in initiation, long route and climbing trips.
