Mind x Body
Having worked in the fitness and wellness industry for over 8 years, I have seen the benefits of massage and movement to help with overcoming anxiety, stress, fatigue, and pain.
I believe the beauty of massage therapy is a combination of art and science. With the knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and movement, a massage therapist should be able to understand and know the state their client is in to help them achieve results.
