About Ali
I am a 23 year old individual located in the UK offering coaching/mentoring for individuals struggling to lose weight and maintain a healthy relationship with food. I myself was once a 94kg at 16 years old and have manged to lose 30kg.
Over the years i have come across various pages offering crash diets which are simply unsustainable and a short term fix and in most cases, such diets cause more long term damage. i will not provide you with short term fixes and solutions and will work with you to find a solution that is effective and sustainable.
