About Diana
I am applying coaching methodologies rather than traditional tutoring, because the aim is for you to solve your problems while learning a tool and this will make you self-confident, to upskill faster and have a better understanding of the tools you want to learn.
I hold the European Computer Driving License Instructor certificate for advanced level and 25+ years of experience in using MS Office for school, uni and business.
I have trained more than 200 people of all ages, including students and all passed their exams with maximum degrees.
I am also certified trainer and I like to teach people in a very relaxed, comfortable and not judgmental environment.
During the last 15+ years I trained my teams in MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, Access and Google Docs, Sheet and Slides on daily basis in order for them to solve efficiently the allocated tasks.
I am also holding an extensive business experience, including accounting, finance, risk management, insurance, data science and software development.

Think of me as your Coach. My aim is to support you to solve your problems with the help of the tools.
First of all I am assessing the computer and Microsoft Office proficiency level, so I can set up the structure of the course.
Secondly, together with you I am setting up the learning objectives, meaning what Microsoft Office will be mainly used for: school or uni projects, business, other personal projects etc.
Any course I design is customized to the student and contains some basics recap and each lesson has a very precise topic and objectives to achieve.
Example: Creating tables and graphics in Excel for a survey results and insert them in PowerPoint presentation
