About Xu
I have been giving lessons for 4 years in Shanghai. I have approximately 35 students aged 4 to 50 and they come from all over the world. Most beginner students achieve level 2 of Chinese Proficiency Test(HSK) after about 60 class hours(about three month). And Some students who continue learning achieve level 5 of HSK which means these students' ability of writing, listening, reading, speaking have already achieve near-native speaker.

College student in Master degree of Education at Durham University and has sufficient experience of teaching Chinese in a interactive and interesting way and my students aged 4 to 50 come from all over the world. I ' d like to add more practical examples and useful words and sentences into my teaching materials instead of focusing on reciting characters or grammar. Because I try to let students to use language as a tool to communicate but not a knowledge to recite.
