About Tayla
I studied at the University of Leicester from 2017–2021, completing a BSc in Psychology and an MRes in Neuroscience. I have over three years’ experience working in education and a range of psychology settings, including private clinics where I worked under a psychiatrist assisting with ASD and ADHD assessments. I have also worked in a Pupil Referral Unit as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and behaviour support practitioner, delivering targeted interventions across multiple schools. This background allows me to offer informed, supportive, and student-centred tutoring.

My lessons are personalised, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based learning. With a degree in psychology and a master’s in neuroscience, I help students understand how they learn, not just what to learn. Sessions are tailored to individual goals, strengths, and challenges, whether that’s improving exam performance, building confidence, or developing effective study strategies. I create a calm, encouraging environment where questions are always welcome, concepts are broken down clearly, and progress is tracked over time.
