I love dancing since I was little. I started with contemporary dance, but life took me to what is most beautiful for spiritual, mental and physical health for women. After a while of practice, I never had cramps, PMS and menstrual delays again. I became much lighter and happier as a woman. The students always do better than they do and this is very incredible. Therefore, I also love to teach and see the joy and evolution of the students. It is priceless to see a woman transforming herself through this dance, which is an ancient art that only brings benefits: “Belly dancing is a poetic expression of the body full of gestures and meanings. It is a celebration of femininity, developed by women and for women. ” (Rhamza Alli)
