About Maria Cristina
I’m Cristina, an experienced English teacher who has been helping students improve their English since 2011. I've taught Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Thai, and even few South African students.
I’m a warm, patient, and encouraging teacher who enjoys meeting people from different cultures and learning about their experiences. I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable enough to speak, make mistakes, and try again.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, discovering new places, and learning new things. I bring that same curiosity and positive energy into my lessons.

I’ve been teaching English since 2011, and I specialize in Business English, conversation, TOEIC, as well as IELTS, and EIKEN preparation. I’ve worked with students from different backgrounds and nationalities, so I understand that every learner has different goals, strengths, and challenges.
My lessons are practical, personalized, and supportive. I encourage students to speak, make mistakes, and learn without feeling embarrassed or pressured. Whether the student wants to improve their everyday conversation, communicate more confidently at work, prepare for an English exam, or simply become more fluent, I will help them build the skills and confidence they need.
