About Tessa
Hi, my name is Tessa, and I'm a communications graduate with five years of industry experience as a professional copy and content writer. I'm also currently completing my Master's degree in Education.
I love English and everything that comes with learning it. Whether you're picking it up as a second language, need help with a book report or an exam, or just want to improve your grades, I can help!
Even if English isn't your favorite subject, I bet we can find something about it you enjoy. That's kind of my thing. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all teaching, and together we can figure out what helps make it click for you.
You may also spot my dog Cosmo sleeping in the background! He's very dedicated to the art of resting.

Every session follows your own schoolwork and focuses on whatever you're struggling with at the time. There's no set program or lesson plan. I adapt to what you need on the day, whether that's unpacking a text, working through an essay draft, or getting your head around a tricky grammar concept.
No homework either! Everything we do, we do in the session.
