My certifications as a professional firefighter including state and national firefighting and emt licensures.
Powerlifting at both state and regional meets with 1st place medals and trophies in the women's 63kg and 72kg categories. Including the SWFL women's push pull trophy for all weight classes in 2019.
A 200hr yoga teacher training course with a specialty focus in hot yoga.
Personal training certification in 2015 through NASM.
Health Mastery Institute holistic health coach certification with 400+ hrs on health and wellness, including proper detoxification to reduce inflammation and many other chronic symptoms of overburdened systems.
Through education, and practical application with various clients, my number one priority is to educate with information that WORKS and is backed by scientific studies and real LIFEPROOF from clients of its effectiveness.
