About Anya
Born into a musical family, I have been performing, writing and studying music in various forms since early childhood. As I have been performing since the age of 6, I am no stranger to the stage. I have performed at theatres, music festivals and gigs, as well as appearing in productions at the Milton Keynes Theatre and The Stables. Over the last 15 years I have been composing songs and music for film scores, which ultimately led to completion of my degree in Music Composition at Coventry University, where I achieved the qualification of ‘Music Composition with International Enhancement’ with Upper Second Class Honours. In 2016 I spent a year abroad in Finland where I studied didactics and teaching, with a further specialism in vocal tutoring. I am vocally trained to cover Jazz, funk, soul, pop and classical, but works flexibly to meet the needs of every student.
