About Guillermo
"Numbers only started making sense to me once someone slowed down to explain the why behind the formula. Having earned a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Imperial College London, I have spent 13 years refining a methodical approach to tutoring. I help students navigate coordinate geometry, competition maths prep, trigonometry, homework help, problem solving strategies, mental maths, and statistics and probability.
My practice centres on the 8.0 standard I set for technical accuracy. I have guided many students through complex concepts by breaking them into manageable parts. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss how I work."

"Admitting that maths feels overwhelming is actually the first step towards getting comfortable with the subject. My lessons are designed to be calm, disciplined, and focused on clear explanation.
I hold a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Imperial College London which ensures the content is rigorous. Before we begin our first session, I provide a diagnostic test for every student to assess their current level.
This ensures our time is used efficiently. I break down difficult topics into logical sequences.
You will find that these steps simplify even the toughest equations. We will focus on building your confidence through consistent practice. By keeping things simple, I ensure you see steady progress towards your goals."
