About Piotr
I'm a passionate computer scientist who constantly strives for new challenges. In my spare time, I develop applications - usually video games - while balancing my university work. Despite this workload, I achieved a Credit Weighted Average (CWA) equivalent to above a first-class honours during my second year.

I believe that the best kind of learning comes from making mistakes; understanding why and how concepts work the way they do leads to true comprehension. This approach enables my students to succeed even when I am not there to help them. My goal is to guide students away from needing a tutor, and instead help them become independent learners—setting them up for university and post-university life. My lesson lengths are flexible, but I expect them to typically range from 1 to 2 hours. During the second semester of my second year at the University of Leicester, I was employed by the university as a Computer Lab Assistant, where I supported students with both in-session and out-of-session work. I have also tutored my younger sibling in preparation for their GCSE Maths. I am happy to teach students currently studying A-levels or below.
