From the very first lesson with James, I realised I’d made the right choice. He put me at ease really quickly and we worked out together what my priorities should be and started making progress even in that first lesson. Since then, we’ve been working up to more complicated tasks and I’m now able to do things I never thought I’d be able to do.

James is so patient at explaining how things work and takes you through it step by step. My confidence with computers is so much higher since I’ve been taking lessons with James. He’s a lifesaver!
