About Sandra
After so many years taking Jazz and Contemporary classes, at the age of 17 I decided to join a pre-professional dance program to finally join the professional degree next year in Coco Comin School, one of the top musical theatre schools in Spain. There I trained styles like Theatre Jazz, Tap Dance, Contemporary, Lyrical, Ballet, Hip Hop, Commercial and Flamenco. Once graduated, I moved to London with the aim to keep growing as a dancer and learn from the top dancers and choreographers in the industry.

Come and express your emotions through the movement while you get fit. We work on different routines every month + technique.
1- WARM-UP: we start with some cardio exercises to prepare our body for the class + abs & core
2- STRETCHING: a few exercises to improve our flexibility
3- TECHNIQUE: we train turns, jumps, floor work... through several funny exercises
3- CHOREOGRAPHY: we learn and dance a choreography
