About Golnaz
I have been active in the field of dance for over 10 years. I have participated in several performances outside of the United States. I began my dance training at Santa Monica College. For the past three years, I have been teaching dance online.

This class helps you get to know your body better and accept it as it is. It encourages you to let your body speak in its own unique voice and create movements that belong only to you. Through creativity and movement, you will explore new experiences and learn how to express your emotions through your body.
