About Jane
Picture the sharp, melodic click of a native speaker correcting your pronunciation mid-sentence. You will notice immediate progress through our focus on listening practice and reading comprehension. We tackle verb conjugation and specific nasal sounds that usually trip people up.
These elements combine to help you ace your exams or speak naturally at a cafe. Do not expect boring drills. I provide free access to my vocabulary and grammar notes for your study. It is quite simple to start.

Teaching French is usually about rigid grammar rules, but I prefer focusing on how you actually speak in the real world. My 7 years of experience inform a method that works for exam candidates and hobbyists alike. I graduated with a BA Musique populaire from UQAM and apply that rhythmic understanding to language. I work with students who want to sing chanson or those who simply need to manage travel French with confidence.
By mixing dialogue practice with cultural context, we build a bridge between textbooks and your goals. My grammar and vocabulary notes are free for you to use. I look forward to helping you reach your target fluency level.
