About Eric
"Fluency is often a matter of hearing the cadence of a new tongue before speaking it correctly. Sometimes I find that students worry too much about verb conjugation before they have even tasted the sounds of the language. We focus on listening practice, idioms, and role play to make these interactions natural for exam takers and hobbyists.
Because I have 6 years of experience, I provide free access to my vocabulary and grammar notes for your study. Please let me know when you would like to begin."

"The act of singing taught me that language is essentially a physical gesture made in the air. Sitting in a practice room at Oxford while finishing my BA in French and Spanish, I realised that voice and speech are the same muscle memory. I have shared this perspective with 99 students since starting my 6 years of teaching.
My background includes a Master of Music from Guildhall, which informs how I analyse the rhythms of Spanish for professionals and kids alike. It feels meaningful to connect these disciplines."
