About Qiannan
My name is Haley, nice to meet you.
I‘m a lazy cooking enthusiast not a professional chef, so my dishes are most not very difficult or complex.
I was living in north part of China for 25 years, there are several dishes which everyone will like them.
I'm good at fast stir-fry dishes, such as 鱼香肉丝, 地三鲜, 水煮肉片, 宫保鸡丁...
I'm not good at sculpting flour, so sorry about I couldn't teach cooking Bao, Noodles, or Dumplings...
Foods brings happiness to me.

The lesson was divided into the following parts:
Knowledge about the spices - know the different common spices through smelling tasting and using.
Stir fry - family way to directly fry the vegetable with meats.
Stew - family way to process the materials and stew for a longer time.
Deep fry - How to cook deep-fried foods for meal or further cooking
Make our own sauce - people change the proportion of soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and wine etc. to cook different style dishes. Family can adjust the cooking time and method to make foods more palatable.
