My informal yet action-oriented approach to leadership coaching in Health and Social Care deals with the reality of operating under a CQC regulatory system. Equipping you to deal with the daily responsibilities balanced with developing your personal skills and strategies to progress your career. Prior to my 12 years as a registered provider, I spent two decades in recruitment and I can bring a wealth of experience to those struggling with this area.
