I am a 300YTT.
My sessions are crafted to empower and rejuvenate you!
I offer private yoga, tailored to you and your needs. Energising or deeply calming and release focused.
* Guided Breathwork: Learn yoga breathing to enhance mental clarity, reduce stress - helping you self-regulate whatever the day brings!
Yin Yoga: Experience inner peace and calm. These sessions are designed to help you deeply stretch and fully relax.
