With over a decade of community work, as well as yoga, circus skills like fire performance, executive level strategic influence & an emerging musician, there isn’t much I haven’t tried. I want to guide you through some of life’s biggest challenges. Using all kinds of creative & physical techniques to breathe life into the parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten to nurture, I’ll help you find your passion and reignite your child-like wonder.

I get people to be honest with me, so they can be honest with themselves.
Drawing on experience from mindfulness, personal development & techniques like NVC, CBT & NLP, we spend time exploring the individual, both where they’re at, and where they dream of being.
Classes depend of what the lesson is, but talking & listening initially will unearth the difficulties which are holding us back. By identifying these & making achievable plans, together we can tackle anything. It takes courage to live your authentic life. What’s stopping you from being your best self?
